Create DID

DID provides three methods to create DID objects based on DID strings. The DID string is roughly divided into three parts: schema, method, and methodSpecificId, which are separated by “:”, e.g. did:elastos:icJ4z2DULrHEzYSvjKNJpKyhqFDxvYV7pN。
